At YBF, we know and understand the importance of following through on your project from beginning to end. Our staff of Customer Care professionals backs up our Account Managers and Technical Service and Project Management personnel to ensure that all product ordered is tracked, expedited, and followed-up prior to delivery to our client's site or our warehouse, if needed. They communicate with our manufacturers on a daily basis to ensure that product needed for our client projects is being produced on schedule and in the right fabrics, finishes, and configurations.

Our Customer Care staff is always available to assist our clients with questions or issues regarding their quotations or orders. They work closely with the Account Managers they support to be informed about client requirements and issues. The YBF Customer Care department assists clients with status information on their orders and quotations in process and with general questions or needs as they arise. YBF Customer Care personnel round out the full-service approach that our company provides from the beginning of the sales transaction, through to the final installation or after-sale service call.
