Office furniture is often just one part of a Company's overall needs when a remodeling or relocation project is underway. That is why it is so important to have a vendor partner who knows office furniture as its primary business to assist you with your project. The service and expertise provided after the order is placed is equally important to that provided prior to order placement. This is where YBF can make the process seem significantly less complicated!

YBF Technical Services staff are well-trained in how to complete furniture specifications provided by YBF Account Managers and develop space plans in CAD that reflect how the furniture will actually fit in your facility. Our Technical Services team works closely with our Project Managers to audit the specifications we provide to ensure that the right product will be ordered and it will fit appropriately in your new space. This team also works closely with the Architects and Designers our clients select to ensure that building and aesthetic requirements are also considered and addressed.

Once an order is in process, YBF Project Managers attend constructions meetings and do on-site field measures to ensure construction work is meeting the plans as outlined, and furniture requirements for space, electrical, data, etc., are being met. They also routinely check with our Customer Care staff to ensure that products are being produced and received on schedule for our client installations. This attention to detail is a hallmark of YBF reliability and one of the many reasons why clients all over Southern California have relied on Yocum Business Furnishings for their office furnishings needs.
